I have completed my very first triathlon! It was the Icebreaker Tri in American Fork and I did it!! The race ended up being a reverse Tri which meant you Ran 3 miles, Biked 12 miles, then Swam 300 meters. My sister Becca, and friends Kara and Kim raced with me and we all finished! Kip and Kyler were there to cheer me on every step of the way. I never thought in my life that I would be able to say that I accomlished a triathlon...Crazy!

I am so proud of you for doing that. You are my hero!! I can't even run up the street. I am so glad you found our blog. I didn't even know that you had cute Kyler. I hope we can keep in touch better through blogging.
